Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a solid background in the sports event industry. This role will involve identifying and securing new projects, preparing detailed quotes, and managing sales opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our COO to ensure competitive pricing and represent TT-Sec Global at exhibitions to attract and engage new clients. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely and focuses on key markets in the US, Canada, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports event sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sports organizations, event planners, and key industry stakeholders to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the sports event market.
- Quote Preparation and Management:
- Utilize Zoho Books to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients, ensuring all details align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Sales Opportunity Management:
- Manage and track sales opportunities using Zoho CRM, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to final deal closure.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in Zoho CRM.
- Pricing and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the COO to develop and refine pricing strategies to ensure they are competitive and meet market standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing adjustments based on market trends and client feedback.
- Networking and Exhibitions:
- Represent TT-Sec Global at industry exhibitions and networking events, focusing on the sports event sector, to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and industry influencers.
- Event Operations (Preferred):
- Leverage background in event operations to provide additional value in understanding client needs and managing project requirements effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the sports event industry or a related sector.
- Proficiency with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of sports event market trends and client needs in the US, Canada, and the Middle East.
- Background in event operations is a plus.
